Course Reflections
In this class we worked with
HyperStudio, Macromedia Flash, and Director for
creating multimedia products. I had never worked with
HyperStudio before, but found it quite user friendly. I had worked with
Flash a little bit prior to this course, and I was able to complete two simple
movies using Flash. Flash is a very complex program, and I would like to
continue to work with it to learn some of the more advanced features. I
had never worked with Director before, and because it was toward the end of the
class, I didn't have enough time to fully experiment with it and learn its
features. For my final project, I chose to create a multimedia project
using HyperStudio. It is a unit on plant parts, and I really enjoyed
making it. I did all of the drawings freehand in HyperStudio, which was
quite an undertaking because I am not an artist!
