My husband, Craig, and I have been married for 31 years. This picture was taken at our daughter's wedding in July of 2012. (I will have to find a more recent picture to update this!) Craig farms and is a wrestling coach for Kimball/White Lake. I teach K-12 Computers. I am also the Senior Project Coordinator and the WebMaster of the school webpage. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from USD in Vermillion and taught elementary school for 21 years before completing my Masters Degree in Educational Technology in the spring of 2004. I am currently in my 12th year of teaching computers at the White Lake School.

Craig and I  have six children. Our oldest daughter, Jennalee, graduated from White Lake High School in 2006 and Black Hills State University in May of 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. She went on to earn an Associates Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing through USD, and will graduate the spring of 2017 from Nurse Practitioner school. She is also currently working as an RN at Sanford Hospital in Chamberlain. Jennalee is married to Beau and they just built a new home north of Plankinton. They have an adorable little girl who was born in February last year, our first grand daughter. Our oldest son, Ethan graduated from White Lake High School in 2008 and attended Lake Area Tech. He placed 5th at the State B Wrestling Tournament his Junior year in high school and 3rd his Senior year. He also wrestled one semester for Minnesota West where he won his first college level tournament. He is currently working on the family farm. He and Kalli have a sweet little boy named Grayson (our first grandson) who was born last December. Zane is our third oldest child and graduated from White Lake High School in 2011. He was the Student Council Vice President and was active in wrestling, football, track, music and band in high school. He was the 2010 Homecoming King and was named to the Academic All-State for 9AA Football and 1st-Team All-State Linebacker, as well as winning 3rd at State B Wrestling his Sophomore year, Runner-up his Junior year, and was the 189# State Champ his Senior year. He joined the Air National Guard on June 2, 2010 and is  a member of the 114th Fighter Wing in Sioux Falls. He attended SDSU one semester before starting his full time job with the Air National Guard. He was married to Kayla in April of this year. Maria is our next oldest. She was also very active in sports and music. She was involved in softball, volleyball, basketball, and track in high school. She played on a traveling basketball team two summers and a travelling volleyball team two summers. She was named All-Conference Most Valuable in Volleyball her Junior year, and was also All Conference in Basketball. She was the runner up at the State Track Meet in the Discus her sophomore year. Maria attended two years at SMSU where she majored in Exercise Science and was part of the volleyball team. She transferred to Presentation College last year where she continued with the same major and is playing volleyball. Just this past summer, Maria was named to the State Women's Softball All Tournament Team! Kathryn is our next child and she is entering high school this year. She loves to play volleyball, read, write, draw, and sing. She is a member of 4-H and enjoys doing the County Horse Show and showing sheep and some indoor entries at Achievement Days.  Levi is our youngest and is just entering the 7th grade. He likes to read and create things with Legos and K'Nex, especially ships and airplanes. He also enjoys playing games on the Wii and the computer. This is in 4-H and he enjoyed showing sheep and some indoor entries at Achievement Days. He is also trying to follow in his older brothers' footsteps and has been in Youth Wrestling for six years. He is really looking forward to being old enough to play football, wrestle and participate in track this year.
